Golnar lives with her grandparents. One day, she goes to a spring to fetch water. The wind carries away her blue handkerchief, a memento from her mother. Golnar follows the handkerchief into the forest, loses her way, and falls into the clutches of Aunt Bear. The bears keep her to do daily chores and bake cookies, and
