Arash Mirahmadi, a 52-year-old television actor who had been battling an illness for some time, was hospitalized and under intensive care for a liver condition. He was undergoing chemotherapy when doctors discovered his jaundice levels were dangerously high, requiring immediate hospitalization for ERCP and stent placement to drain toxins from his gallbladder. Despite a brief period of improvement and discharge, Mirahmadi was readmitted to the hospital, fell into a coma, and tragically passed away this evening
